  • How much is a play pass?
    Play passes are available for $15 ($12 for additional siblings), and are good for a 2hr play session. We also have single month and reoccurring monthly memberships, as well as value pass packs available.
  • Do you accept walk in play?
    Absolutely! Whether you make a reservation or walk in, your 2hr play session starts when you get here! Walk in play is subject to availability, feel free to call/text the space to check capacity at any time! 832-299-4507
  • Are reservations required?
    Reservations are not required, but strongly suggested! To ensure the safety of all our friends we do have strict capacity limits. Reservations allow you to save your spot ahead of time!
  • Are there age limits?
    We are designed for little ones aged 6 months to 6 years old. Older siblings are welcome as well, we just ask they play mindfully of the little ones!
  • Can I bring in outside food?
    Yes! You're welcome to bring in outside food, we just ask that all food and drinks be kept in the seating area. Additionally, we do have small snacks and cold drinks available for purchase! *Cupcakes/cakes are not allowed to be brought in during open play sessions, please ask about booking a private party to celebrate your special events!
  • What if I miss my reservation time?
    Guests who do not check in within 30 minutes of the play session start time may forfeit their reservation. If you're running late, or need to reschedule please reach out and let us know!
  • Can I celebrate my child's birthday during an open play session?
    We welcome you to come and play for your child's birthday! However we do not allow any type of cake, cupcakes, balloons/decor or present to be brought in during our open play sessions. For celebrations we offer a variety of private party packages!
  • Are socks required?
    Yes! All guest are required to wear socks in the play area, we ask that you please remove all shoes before entering the play area.
  • How many adults can we have?
    Admission is based on children only, adults are allowed at no additional charge. All parties are limited to 40 guests total.
  • Can we add extra time?
    All parties are designed in 1hr 45min time blocks. If additional time is desired it can be added for $150/hr, availability permitting.
  • Are parties private?
    Yes! All party bookings are private full facility rentals. No outside open play is allowed during parties.
  • Do you have party rooms?
    No, because we only offer full facility rentals for parties, our seating area is transformed into the party area instead of a separate room.
